API

A JSON API, at https://cadrame.org. Reading needs no account; answers may be cached.

  • GET /api/v1/entites/{id}A record, with its claims and their sources.
  • GET /api/v1/entites/{id}/historiqueA record's history, revision by revision.
  • GET /api/v1/recherche?q=…Search by title or name, in every language.
  • GET /api/v1/ids/{propriete}/{valeur}The records that carry an identifier, for example imdb_title_id/tt0083658.
  • GET /api/v1/changements?depuis={rev}Everything that changed since a revision: enough to keep a copy up to date (from 0 for everything).
  • GET /api/v1/envois/{rev}A published envoi, whole, with its author and its sources.
  • GET /api/v1/registreThe property registry: codes, types, formats, labels.
  • GET /api/v1/concepts?nature=genreThe genres, the kinds of video and the other concepts of one nature.
  • POST /api/v1/identifierRecognise files by their fingerprints and durations, without an account and without keeping anything.
  • POST /api/v1/envoisSend contributions (an API key).
  • POST /api/v1/soumissionsSend the fingerprints of files seen (an API key).

To write, create a key in Your account → Connected apps, then send it in the header « Authorization: Bearer cdr_… ». The envois of a waiting account are kept until it is approved.

The formats (cadrame-envoi-1, cadrame-soumission-1, cadrame-identification-1) are described by JSON schemas, in the public domain; they will be published with the code.

Monthly archive

Each month, a complete and signed archive of the data will be deposited at the Internet Archive. It does not exist yet: meanwhile, /api/v1/changements?depuis=0 gives everything.

Source code

The server will be published under AGPL-3.0; the fingerprint library, the API client and the Stash-Box facade under Apache-2.0; the documentation and the specification under CC0. The repository is still private.
